





Important Points
Customer satisfaction: We guarantee the quality of our service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied please call within 24 hour of your cleaning appointment and we will re-clean that particular area.
Damages and/or broken items: Our Company is insured and bonded; however accidents do happen. We ask you to please put away any valuables and fragile items. Nice and Clean Maids is not responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation of any item.
Cancellation: Appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance to avoid a $25.00 non-refundable fee. In the event of cancellation without proper notice, a bill will be mailed to your home or business.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of service.
Travel Time/Late: We will try our best to be on time, but please allow a 30-60 minute window period due to inclement weather or traffic conditions.
Additional Service: If you need additional services we ask you to let us know 24 hours in advance to discuss the service and the rate that will be charged. Any last minute additional services will have to be rescheduled for a next appointment.
We provide cleaning supplies.
We can only move and/or lift objects no heavier than thirty pounds.
Our rates are not determined but the size of the house/apartment/condo; but by the condition of same.
We charge by hour.
